Good
Front desk is helpful and friendly
Toilet paper, facial tissue, and shower soup were not re- stock. The room phone was not working. We have to go down to send our requests. When we asked for facial tissue, the staff said it was finished! The used utensils and empty water glass bottles were not removed from our room. Poor house cleaning and affected the overall experience.

What was the highlight of citizenM Paris Gare de Lyon
The hotel was modern, clean and staff attentive. Thoughts passed on about the accessible rooms.
The staff were lovely and very helpful as we had our passports stolen at the nearby station. They gave us extra time in our room the morning after to complete all our paperwork and offered to make calls, if needed.
The accessible rooms had lovely wet rooms but the beds were either too high to get in or too low making it impossible to get out. Had to sleep in a chair. The hotel was difficult to find. It was in a complex web of one-way system and the rear of one of the many station exits, sadly not the one we used.

Super comfortable bed, bar and restaurant on site, and excellent staff!
The bed was comfortable, there was a restaurant and bar on site, and the staff was excellent! I wanted to have dinner with my family near the Eiffel Tower and then see it beautifully lighted. An employee recommended a restaurant, L’Eclair, which was fantastic, and the we walked a couple of blocks to see the beautiful Tower!
The room lighting was a little problematic for us. The location was OK.
